Migration Customer Impacts

The Customer Impact Matrix is a regularly updated 'one truth source' of end user impacts as we migrate to the 21CN network. The matrix details every step of the process from frames cleanse activities through to handover to business as usual and details the end user impacts on each technology. It includes breaks in service, impacts to calling & network features, impacts as a result of harmonisation of System X and AXE10 switches as well as impacts to features such as messaging services.


The Migration Timelines Tool is a web based application designed to support CP's (communications providers) by providing them with information related to the migration of end customers onto 21C.
Note This is a test release of the tool, designed as a prototype to gather feedback from users/CPs in order to further develop it's features and functionality. The information contained within it may not be accurate, and it should not be viewed as a complete application.
