The Industry Technical Forum (ITF)

The ITF is an ad-hoc meeting held for Communication Providers who supply directory information, and for licensed customers who create directory information products. Systems and technical issues are discussed at these forums.  The ITF also reviews and agrees technical solutions to deliver changes to Directory Solutions systems.

The Industry Operational Forum (IOF)

The IOF is held every two months and is an opportunity for operational contacts from Communication Providers to discuss operational issues.  These issues include:

• Data Quality
• Data Queries
• Directory Listing Porting
• System Administration
