The BT Wholesale Management tool has been developed to improve transparency of key BTW Processes.

 

SOR MANAGEMENT

 

The BT Wholesale SOR Management Tool allows customers to enter product requirements, have visibility of active and historic SORs and provides real time data updates from the BT Wholesale Product Management Community.

Since the launch of the SOR Management Portal in June 08 we have improved the transparency of our product development process. Our customers now have online access to a management and tracking portal which incorporates a repository of all historic and active SORs across our product groups.

New Industry Collaboration Facility

Share Your SORs on creation or at any point during an SOR's lifecycle. You can select what is shared; just the SOR Title or all the documentation, comments, descriptions etc.

You may also view and comment on shared SORs. You can view industry SORs, vote to support or not support an SOR and also provide evidence.

 

THE ISSUES REGISTER


The Issues Register provides our customers with another channel through which to communicate with us and log any issues they have with the products or services we provide. This gives you instant, 24x7 access to your partners at BT Wholesale so you can tell us the challenges you’re facing and have full visibility of our progress in dealing with them.

Equally it gives us a great deal of information so we can look at the issues our customers are experiencing across all segments and proactively assign the correct person in our business so that you receive a timely resolution.

 

HOW DO I GET ACCESS?

 

The Issues Register and SOR platforms use same log in.

If you have previously submitted an SOR then contact your Customer Relationship Manager so that they can enable your profile for Issues Register access. New users can register for an account on the Management Tool homepage.
