Broadband Customer Reporting enables you to access information on the progress and status of your orders and faults. You can also gain direct access to the Broadband Customer Reporting site using the XML interface by arrangement with your Account Manager. Information can be accessed whenever it is required and also provides further functionality on major service outages and jeopardy management
