In a telecommunications context, B2B means any business process between two companies that uses digital technology.
Thanks to B2B, you can integrate service delivery and management, end-to-end. You can already order Broadband XML Repair and XML Diagnostic services via the B2B Gateway. Over time, BT Wholesale will keep adding to the list of services you can access online.
We recommend you download the B2B User Guide to get you started. Access to the pages that will invite you to place an order on the site and technical documentation is restricted to customers who register their interest in the B2B Gateway.
Once you have registered as a BT Wholesale customer, return to our Homepage and enter your Username and Password. You’ll be taken directly to our Customer Zone. Look for the APPLICATIONS area on the left, click ‘Subscribe to other Applications’ and you’ll be taken to the Enhanced Services page. Look for the B2B link and complete the Enhanced Services Request (ESR).
Once full B2B Gateway access has been approved and applied to your profile, you will receive a welcome email. When you return to the B2B Gateway , new links will now be accessible on the navigation menu to the left of the screen.
Customers using the existing B2B Gateway for Diagnostics & Repair will need to migrate to the new B2B Gateway using this mechanism.
