At 9 months prior to migration takes over management of the Migration Schedule, derived from the National Migration Plan:

• Notifies CPs of key migration dates at agreed intervals prior to migration.
• Within the management period, deals with all aspects of change requests against the Migration Schedule, including:

                              Those raised both by CPs and by BTW.

                              Communication of requests to registered CPs.

                              Adjudication via an industry forum.
