Migration Management

Manages, oversees and co-ordinates the migration of target customer services to 21CN by conducting the execution of the Playbook via the Tactical Resource Model. Both being produced by the Planning Management Function shown above.

Ensures that all pre-requisite enabling activities in the lead up to customer service migration have been successfully completed.

Ensures that the act of migration does not impact ongoing emergency and sensitive calls.

Monitors the health of the network and services during migration; initiates mitigating action where appropriate.

Initiates stability monitoring post-transfer to ensure that service health monitoring continues.
