• Ensures that agreed Planned Engineering Works (PEW) activities carried out in support of 21CN service migration are:
          Notified to CPs:
              - In timely manner.
              - At correct range of impact
  
         Carried out within agreed:
             -  Timeframes (on the days specified).
             -  Windows (during the hours of the day specified).
  
• Pre-existing PEW embargoes are observed (e.g. Christmas and New Year period).
• Embargoes are put in place to prevent impact on service migrations to the 21CN.
