In order to access the 21CN Web Portal you will need to have a valid user account created via *BBCR. If you already have a *BBCR account for Broadband you will still need to apply for access so that your user profile can be modified to view MCC related information.
If you wish to apply for access to the 21CN Web Portal please complete the MCC user access request form which can be found on the right hand side of this page. Please then follow the guidelines within the document.
* In order to offer various elements of functionality and performance, the 21CN Web Portal is hosted on the existing Broadband Customer Reporting (BBCR) platform. However, access to both the 21CN Web Portal and BBCR elements still need to be applied for separately.
