Will we still receive a paper invoice?

No, e-billing replaces your paper invoice.


Will we still receive back up information?

Yes, back up information is still provided and comes with the e-bill.


I have forgotten my password?

Can the e-bill be sent to more than one person within our organisation?

No, unless a group email account has been arranged within your organisation.


Can we have the e-billing service for all our products?

The e-billing service is currently only available for those products & services as outlined in the paragraph under the heading eBill on the main screen.


What are the main benefits for having e-billing?

The main benefits are as follows:

1. E-billing enables you to reconcile data easily since back up is provided in a CSV format and can be loaded into your systems (check with your IT department) for automated reconciliation’s.

2. Speed – receive the invoice earlier to enable you to raise queries in a timely manner.

3. Storage – alleviates the need to store paper copies of invoices as e-billing enables bills to be stored on your network (check with your IT department). This also builds to a rolling 12 months worth of data that can be accessed at anytime via www.btwholesale.com
