Workshop No 1

Operators recorded their concerns and suggestions for improvement of the EBC Matrix using an on-line Questionnaire. This feedback was used in the Industry’s EBC Workshop held on 26 September 2003, where there was also the opportunity to raise any other issues or concerns on EBC that the responses to the questionnaire did not capture.

People who attended this workshop were invited to comment on how useful they found it.
