How will Routing Plans requiring multiple DMAs be treated? EBC Evolution will not cause any changes in this respect, as now, if appropriate, DMAs can be combined or kept separate as the Operator wishes. |
|
2 |
Current DMA timescales - have the timescales with respect to DMAs been published? Timescales with respect to valid DMAs are published in Appendix C to Annex A of the Standard Interconnect Agreement, and EBC evolution will not cause these to change. |
|
3 |
Clarify timescales for DMAs for post EBC evolution implementation. Timescales for DMAs will not be changed as a consequence of EBC Evolution. |
|
4 |
Codes are found in EBC, which do not appear in NIPP. As a separate initiative EBC and NIPP are to be aligned, and this should help to reduce the incidence of this. Alignment is unlikely to occur until later this year, so this problem may persist until then. However work is in hand to reduce this as quickly as is possible, but it may not be possible to eliminate it in the short term. |
|
5 |
Any change to the process for producing the EBC matrix that will affect the final charge bands shown, needs to be communicated in good time for Operators to be able to reconfigure their network. All changes that affect the network are communicated to operators several months before they are implemented. |

Routing Plan Database – Will we be able to download data from the database? You will be able to download data from the routing plan database and save it into a .csv file. |
