Top Billing - Customer Communication

 

BT Wholesale Markets Billing have produced a new video as a follow up to 2004’s "Billing is Getting Even Better”. It is called “Top Billing”. It details initiatives that the Billing team have undertaken centred around the areas of billing accuracy, ease of billing reconciliation, timeliness of billed items, and the billing support customers can get from BT. Element Based Charging(EBC)


EBC is a mechanism that measures BT network usage by Operators . It is one of the factors that effects the final price of certain calls and a matrix is provided along with other supporting files to allow BTs bills to be verified.

Network charge control standard interconnect agreement


This is a link to the Standard Interconnect Agreement that includes Annex B Billing & Payment as well as the various schedules.


Annex B Dispute Letter - Level 1


This is the agreed standard letter to be used when raising a dispute under the Network Charge Control Standard Interconnect Agreement, Annex B, Billing and Payment, Paragraph 6 Disputes.


Annex B Invoice Due Date Change Letter


This is the agreed standard letter to be used when notifying the late receipt of an invoice under Paragraph 4.4 of the Network Charge Control Standard Interconnect Agreement, Annex B, Billing and Payment.
