BT recently re-launched The Phone Book in a new ‘3-in-1’ format that now includes a classified directory as well as the traditional business and residential A-Z listings. The 171 Phone Books are now comprehensive, up-to-date sources of local information and are delivered to more than 22 million UK homes and businesses. Each Phone Book is now updated every 12 months. Why do you want to buy The Phone Book?
Any residential or business customer can order The Phone Book. By having additional copies for your own or other UK areas, you can provide your customers and colleagues with access to all the number information they need. Customers can then find products and services from businesses they know as well as from those they don’t, along with all the residential numbers they need in the same book - one book, three directories.
Ordering The Phone Book from BT
All BT Wholesale customers can order any quantity of any edition of The Phone Book in two ways.
All orders, which can be completed online (see place an order), will then be passed directly to The Phone Book Ordering Team. Once The Phone Books have been printed, or if current stocks are available, they must be collected within the timescales outlined in the contract schedule (a delivery option is also available).

How do I register to order The Phone Book?
To register and have buy access for Fast Edition, customers must sign Contract Schedule 152 Please contact your account or commercial manager who will be able to assist with the signing of this contract. When is The Phone Book published?
The Phone Book is published in 171 editions on a rolling 12-month cycle according to the edition. Each edition covers varying geographical areas, ensuring a local and relevant directory.
