NIPP is the mechanism that BT employs to inform Communications Providers about its network configuration and changes which will affect interconnect. Its purpose is to assist CPs in their planning.
To access the NIPP files you will need to follow the registration instructions below.
Please note that access will only be provided if the requestor has a contractual arrangement by means of a (PECN) C7 standard interconnect agreement, or has signed a confidentiality agreement with BT. Please contact your BT Wholesale commercial manager.
You will also need to register on www.btwholesale.com Please click here to do so if you have not already registered.
By registering you will have access to the portfolio of BT Wholesale applications via a single username and password of your choice.

BTWholesale will be undertaking Emergency Planned Works on one of the systems which interfaces with the B2B XML Fault Diagnostics and the BTWholesale Fault Diagnostics Portal on 16/09/2007

Further to our email to you on 26th July please be advised that BT will be carrying out Planned Works to upgrade BT’s operating systems. The original outage schedule has been reviewed to minimise impact to customers.
